Mercury croses 40°C in National Capital

New Delhi, April 28: The national capital is reeling under scorching heat with the maximum temperature recorded at 40.7 degrees celsius yesterday.

According to Met Department, the minimum temperature settled at two notches above normal 25.6 degrees Celsius.

Met office has forecast clear sky and strong surface wind for today. Maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover between 42 and 25 degrees Celsius today.
