Prez pays homage to Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed

New Delhi, May 13: The President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, paid homage to Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed, former President of India on his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan today (May 13, 2020).

He paid his respects before the portrait of Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed.

Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed (13 May 1905 – 11 February 1977) was an Indian lawyer and politician who served as the fifth President of India from 1974 to 1977 and also the 2nd President of India to die in office.
