Rahul addresses two rallies in Karnataka

New Delhi, April 13: Congress President Rahul Gandhi addressed two rallies in Kolar and Chitradurga, Karnataka. He said Nyay scheme will provide money to the 20 per cent of the poorest in the country.
He also promised that farmers who do not return their loans will not be jailed and a separate budget will be brought for farming community.
He once again said 22 lakh vacant jobs in Government will be filled, youth will be given 10 lakh jobs at Panchayats and those interested in starting their own business will not be required to seek permission for three years. Mr Gandhi also assured of 33 per cent reservation for women in Assemblies and Parliament.
